Key Client Programs: Winning Partner Buy-In

Kent Zimmermann, Partner, Zeughauser Group, will be the featured speaker at the July meeting of the Houston Legal Marketing Association. This session will explore how law firm marketing professionals sell key client programs, generate enthusiasm, launch the program, and steer clear of alienating skeptical partners in the process.
In addition to focusing on key client programs, the session will also provide the context as to why key client programs are increasingly important to the firms that focus on them. To do that, Kent will present an update on the financial performance of the Am Law 200 and relevant trends in the legal industry that are driving the key client strategies of leading firms.
